The party for Clubhouse staff, scheduled for Monday afternoon, February 4th, is a sellout. Thanks to all who have paid to attend the event and support the effort to treat the entire Clubhouse staff to a great meal and awesome time. We have a big crowd coming and ordered enough chicken, ribs, gumbo and boiled shrimp, beans, cole slaw and potato salad for us all!
The doors open at 4:00 p.m. The bars will be open and we’ll be serenaded by outstanding musicians on the Veranda. The staff will be served dinner at approximately 5:30 p.m. The buffet line will open immediately thereafter. Free beer and wine, along with a cash bar will be available all afternoon. Tickets for the cash bar will be available for purchase. Cocktails are $5.00 each. Please bring plenty of small bills to purchase tickets.
Everyone is encouraged to enjoy the music, before and after dinner. Rumor has it the bands will play into the evening…
It will be a special time! Something we know the staff will enjoy and remember.
For those who are away from Big Canoe, or have another commitment, we invite you to participate in this event by making a small donation to the fund started to support the staff.
You may email Dot Grogan at: firstname.lastname@example.org and make your pledge. The amount you donate can be charged to your lot. Any amounts raised will be pooled and given to Jas. He will distribute to staff, along with the net amount raised from the dinner. Any amount is welcomed and appreciated.
Please remember many Big Canoe residents have been working diligently to prepare this event.
It is truly a community wide effort.
