Twice a year Wedgewood and Waterford neighbors meet for a party, just to get to know each other a little better.
The group’s Spring Fling happens on a Sunday afternoon at the Swim Club with each household bringing an appetizer to share with drinks, both hard and soft, provided. Sometimes residents’ children and grandchildren join in the fun.
In October, the neighborhoods host a Ladies’ Only Luncheon at Canoe Lodge with neighbors contributing a salad, which is often accompanied by a mimosa or two.
Combining neighborhoods has been a great way to meet those who live just around the corner. Why not try it in your neighborhood?
